To charge your computer using solar energy, you need an external battery to power your computer. Combined with a portable solar charger, it’s the battery that powers your computer!<\/strong><\/h3>\n

So, how do you choose your laptop charger?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

As with all other solar panel choices, the first thing to consider is how much power your laptop needs or consumes.<\/p>\n

Indeed, voltages are different for all devices (generally from 16V to 21V).<\/p>\n

Generally up to 19V for laptops and 21V for Macbooks.<\/p>\n

Just look at your laptop’s power supply to find out its charging voltage\/amperage.<\/p>\n

Next, you need to choose the right battery to charge\/power your laptop.<\/p>\n

The purpose of the solar charger is to recharge your external battery in an environment where there is no conventional mains socket. The solar charger powers the laptop and does all the work.<\/p>\n

There’s a new standard: USB-C<\/strong> .
